As per notice-sheet of the Registry dated 02.02.2026, the manner in which relief has been sought by the petitioner, the classification of the case ought to have been Writ Petition (Criminal). 3. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate petition in accordance with law. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty as prayed for. 5.
