V. Vishwinder Dev & Ors’. Learned counsel for the review petitioner states that at Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the judgment, merits of the appeal have been considered, which can prejudice their rights in the main appeal. In view of the innocuous prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/review petitioners, the review petition is allowed to the extent only that paragraphs 5 and 6 of the judgment dated 19.05.2026 are expunged.
