JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs: “a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities to consider the service of deceased employee, Gundamma herein who has died while in service, as ‘deemed regularized’ and to disburse her retirement and other consequential service benefits inclusive of pensionary benefits to the petitioners herein who are her legal representatives. b) Grant such other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the matter.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 and learned counsel for respondent No.4 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation at Annexure – R dated 16.12.2025 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13299 WP No. 4143 of 2026 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representation at Annexure – R dated 16.12.2025 and pass appropriate order bearing in mind the orders passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.28129/2024 dated 11.11.2024 and W.P.No.19850/2025 dated 15.12.2025 at Annexures – M and N and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
