Heard Mr. Raunak Kurani, learned Advocate h/f Mr. A.B.Patil, learned counel appearing for applicant-Narendra Vasantrao Gurjar, and Mr. A.R.Sexena, learned counsel appearing for non-applicant/appellant. 2. By the present application, the applicant seeks a direction to the Registrar of this Court to remit the amount of Rs.Seven lakhs together with the accrued interest, deposited by the appelllant with the Registry of this Court in pursuance of the orders dated 22.12.2021 and 07.05.2025 passed in Second Appeal No.241/2021. On 10th September, 2025, this Court finally decided the Second Appeal and permitted applicant/respondent no.1 to withdraw the said amount of Rs.Seven lakhs along with accrued interest. However, on account of his old age, the applicant is unable to personally attend this Court for withdrawal of the said amount. 3. In the aforesaid circumtances, it would be just and proper to direct the Registry of this Court to remit/transfer the amount of Rs. Seven lakhs together with the accrued interst, to the Civil Court, Bhandara, subject to due verification of his identity and in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to remit the aforesaid amount, together with the accrued interest, to the Civil Court, Bhandara, forthwith. 5.
