Sharaniya @Sarania @Das, and the two other claimants, are present along with Mr. S. Singh, learned counsel. Ms. Hena Haflongbar, the representative of the New India Assurance Company Limited, is present. It has been submitted that the claim has been settled for a total amount of Rs. 13,50,000/-; the claimants have submitted that they would have no objection in the event the settled amount is released in favour of Ms. R. R. Sharaniya, the claimant No. 1 and wife of the deceased. Accordingly, this MAC Appeal and IA are closed on settlement. The claimant No. 1 shall furnish the bank details to the insurance company where the settled amount is to be credited. The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- made by the appellant company to the Registry of this Court shall be refunded to the appellant company as per Page No.# 3/3 procedure. Accordingly, this MAC Appeal is closed on settlement. TCR be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
