Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 23.08.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No.186 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 304(2) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Although it is an organized crime, but considering the period of custody and the fact that this applicant is a daily wage labour, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad, in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No.186 of 2025, on the condition that one of the bailors will be the father of this applicant and this applicant will report once in a month before the concerned police station, till the conclusion of trial and the applicant will also submit self attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and his mobile number before - 1 - B.A. No.10405 of 2025 2026:JHHC:4201 the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
