According to the learned advocate, next date is fixed on 2nd April, 2026. Learned advocate for the State submits that the quantum of alleged recovery in the present case is 44.100 kg of ganja from the joint possession of the petitioner and another. Having regard to the quantum of seizure, as earlier observed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However, the prosecution also must progress with the trial of the case and the seizure list witnesses be produced by the prosecution within a period of 60 days from the next date fixed by the learned trial court. The petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period is over. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 461 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
