This is an application filed for condonation of delay in seeking restoration of the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. 3. There is a delay of 33 days. As the applicants had not supplied a copy of the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, the Registry passed a conditional order and, in accordance with the said order, the Civil Application came to be dismissed.
