PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Sections 483(3) of BNSS has been filed by the Petitioner / De facto Complainant for cancellation of anticipatory bail order passed in Crl.M.P.No.170 of 2025, dated 10.12.2025 on the file of the Court of XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District. 2. Heard Sri E.S.R.Prasad, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.1 / State. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner herein is the De facto Complainant, who is seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail which was granted to Respondents / Accused in Crime No.227 of 2025 on the file of Nallajerla Police Station. Learned counsel would further submit that, without giving notice to the De facto Complainant, the Court has granted anticipatory bail to the Accused. 4. Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that, it is not the case that Respondents / Accused failed to comply with the conditions imposed by the Court while granting anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the submissions, as there are no grounds for cancellation of anticipatory bail which was granted to Respondents / Accused in Crl.M.P.No.170 of 2025 in Crime No.227 of 2025 vide order dated 10.12.2025 3 by the learned XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, this petition is liable to be dismissed. 6. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
