The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No.102 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 109(1), 126(2), 127(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation of firing is there against two other accused persons and the petitioner has not fired and the only allegation is made against the petitioner that he has called upon the person to fire. 2026:JHHC:929 --2-- B.A. No. 11267 of 2025 He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that on the call taken by the petitioner two accused persons have made the fire. 5. Considering that the petitioner has not fired and the only allegation is made that the petitioner has called upon the two accused persons to fire and the petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
