Without going into merits and demerits of the matter, we direct the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amravati to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31/03/2026 in accordance with law and if necessary, after granting opportunity of being heard to the affected parties within a period of twelve weeks from today. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce copy of the order passed today before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Amravati within one week from today. 4.
