It is the case of the petitioner that her husband who was working in Ranchi Municipal Corporation as Tax Collector, died in harness. She claims that she be considered for compassionate appointment and death cum-retiral benefits also be disbursed. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) submits that the Corporation had directed the petitioner to file necessary documents, which are still wanting. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to deposit all necessary documents before RMC, Ranchi and fill up all necessary forms. Once the same is done, the respondent will process the same and will pay the retiral- cum- death benefits as per nomination. The respondent will also consider the prayer for grant of compassionate appointment of the petitioner strictly as per law. 5. If the parents of the deceased are alive and if the compassionate appointment is sought to be granted to this petitioner, an undertaking must be taken by the petitioner that she will look after the parents of the deceased employee. It is expected that the decision in all respect should be taken within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
