JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 19.03.2026 Heard Ms. Valentina Laldinpuii, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Vanneihsiami, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents. At the time of motion of the connection Revision Petition, it was found that there were certain clerical errors which required correction and accordingly, Page No.# 3/3 before issuance of notice, the petitioner was directed to file appropriate application. Accordingly, the instant I.A. has been filed seeking correction of the said errors. It is stated that upon perusal of the revision petition, it was found that there were certain clerical errors in the following paragraphs mentioned below which requires rectification /amendment: 3.1. Page 2, Sl. No. 6 3.2. Page 6, Table Row No. 2 3.3. Page 14, Annexure to Paragraph 2.8 3.2. Page 15, Paragraph C of Grounds 3.3. Page 16, Paragraph E of Grounds Upon perusal of the connected Revision Petition, it is deemed necessary that the aforesaid clerical errors required correction and accordingly, the I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
