Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned court within the stipulated time as he was taken into custody in another case. He further submits that now in that case the petitioner has been granted bail. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail and in spite of that, he has not surrendered. 4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks’ further time, from today, is hereby extended to surrender before the learned court concerned. 5. Order dated 10.09.2025 passed in ABA No. 5260 of 2025 is, hereby, modified to the above extent. 6. The rest of the Order dated 10.09.2025 passed in ABA No. 5260 of 2025 is kept intact. 7.
