It is submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and have accordingly filed pursis to that effect before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amravati in R.C.C. No.506 of 2016, as well as 2 3 caf76 & 77.26.odt before the learned Family Court at Amravati. In view thereof, permission is sought to withdraw the present appeals. 3. In view of the statements made in the applications and the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the applicants/appellants, the applications are allowed. 4.
