The petitioner who is an ex-serviceman has filed an application seeking grant of land immediately after his retirement on 28.02.2019. It is submitted that the petitioner has also given a fresh representation at Annexure-L dated 02.02.2026 requesting the Deputy Commissioner, Hassan District to grant 4 acres of land in Sy.No.6 of Ankanahalli Village, Hassan Taluk and District, but the Deputy Commissioner has not considered the application till date. 3.
