As per order dated 07.01.2026, passed in writ petition No.36437 of 2025, this Court passed an interim order, directing respondent No.4 therein, not to leave the Country, along with the corpus, without prior permission of this Court. 3. Alleging that respondent No.4 has been leaving the Country without prior permission of the Court, with the corpus that the present contempt case is filed. 4. However, at the time of hearing this contempt case, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that respondent No.4 is now not leaving the Country with the corpus and she is very much available in the Country. 5. Therefore, recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
