A grievance is made before this Court that though a statutory Appeal under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is filed before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Mumbai, till date circulation is not granted to the petitioner, which compelled the petitioner to approach this Court for protection of his possession. 3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, we direct the DRAT to take up the matter of the petitioner, particularly IA for grant of stay to the possession of the petitioner within one week from the date of furnishing the copy of this order and decide the same within one week thereafter. 4. The protection granted by this Court shall continue till the IA for grant of stay to the possession of the petitioner is decided in the light of the directions referred above. 5. In view of above, nothing survives in this petition, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, if such occasion arises. No order as to costs. ( RAJNISH R. VYAS, J.)
