JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER 12.09.2026 Ms. Dulumoni Baruah and others (minors), the claimants, are present along with Mr. J. Islam, learned counsel. Mr. P. M. Talukdar represents the insurer. It has been submitted that the claim has been settled for an amount of Rs. 12,37,349/-. The claimant No. 1, who is the mother of the other two claimants, shall furnish the bank details to the insurance company where the settled amount is to be credited. The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- made by the insurance company shall be refunded as per procedure. Accordingly, this MAC Appeal is closed on settlement.
