It is informed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent that they have withdrawn the proceedings before the Trial Court. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the order of summons dated 18.11.2025 as lost its significance and the same stands set aside. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
