1. At the outset, Mr. Prateek Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the respondent No. 2 i.e. Director, Women and Child Development Department has already directed respondent No. 4 to consider the case of the petitioner and to take appropriate action on 07/09/2018 but till date, that has not been done.
2. Learned State counsel would submit that appropriate
order will be passed after examining the case of the petitioner.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner on merits and pass a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Petitioner is at liberty to file additional document in support of his claim before respondent No. 4. It is made clear that this Court
3 has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
