On perusal of the record, it appears that suit was filed in the year 2022, and the petitioners/plaintiffs filed I.A.No.54 of 2022 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 r/w Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908 in the year 2022 itself. Hence, there is a justification in the prayer made in this civil revision petition. 3. Therefore, without going into merits of the case, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Vizianagaram, to dispose of I.A.No.54 of 2022 in O.S.No.9 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
