By way of the present writ petition, a challenge is raised to the tender process and more particularly corrigendum dated 29/09/2026 issued by the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3. The e-auction was in respect of giving open land within the jurisdiction of Nagar Panchayat, Mahadula, Distt. Nagpur for Durga Utsav for the period from 11/10/2026 to 21/10/2026. 4. By way of corrigendum, the period of submission of documents/DD and payment was restricted for two days i.e. 29/09/2026 and 30/09/2026. However, as per the e- auction notice last date was 05/10/2026. 5. It is the case of the petitioner that as the server was down he could not submit the tender document and DD. 2026:BHC-NAG:13203-DB 2 148.wp.8005.2026.odt On this ground, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the impugned e-auction notice. 6. In absence of any evidence or any expert report certifying that on the relevant date the server was down and no one could upload the tender on 30/09/2026, it is difficult to accept the case of the petitioner. Except this ground, there is no other ground raised in the petition to quash and set aside the e-auction notice. 7. Accordingly, as there is no merit in the petition, the same is dismissed.
