The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Additional Commissioner Gorakhpur (Administration) -IIIrd, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur to decide the Appeal No.1022 of 2025, Computerized Case No.C202505000001022 (Ramautar vs. Suresh and others) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal filed at the instance of private respondent no.4 against the order passed by Sub-Divisional Officer is pending before before respondent no.2 since 30.4.2025. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.4 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4.
