Haji Altaf & Anr." decided by Ld. ARC-1, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide order dated 09.01.2026. b) To set aside the impugned order dated 09.01.2026 passed by the Ld. ARC-1, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition no. 593/2026 and allow the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioners and dismiss the Eviction Petition. c) Pass any such order and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.” 2.
