In view of the above, the matter is referred to the GRO (Grievance Redressal Officer) who is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the effective parties. With the above direction, WPA 18800 of 2023 stands disposed of.
