The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Learned counsel the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report. Pursuant to lodging of the first information report, the case was investigated by the police, who submitted final form in favour of the petitioner and few co- accused persons finding the case to be false. The charge sheet was submitted only against the driver of unknown Bolero vehicle, however, learned Trial Court, while deferring with the report submitted by the police, took cognizance of the offence against the petitioner and other co-accused. Similarly situated co-accused Vivek Kumar Mahtha has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6th December, 2025 passed in B.A. No.10581 of 2025. Several other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in this case, copies of the bail orders have been annexed as Annexures-5 & 6 to the present bail application. The petitioner is in 2026:JHHC:3947 2 judicial custody since 7th November, 2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 3. Learned APP opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with S.T.
