The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Bishunpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024 (S.T. No. 46 of 2025) for the offence registered under Section 108 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who died due to throttling. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on its merit by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 18.09.2025. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2024 and there is no progress in the trial. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the charge in this case was framed on 20.01.2026 and that notices have been issued to the witnesses. Under the circumstance, I do not find any change of circumstance for renewing his prayer for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected again. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.)
