POCSO Case No. 14/2026 arising out of Barhi (Padma) P.S. Case No. 51/2026. The petitioner is alleged to have sexually exploited the victim for the last three years on the pretext of marriage and lastly, he had denied to solemnize marriage. It appears that the victim was about 17 ½ years at the time of the incident. Admittedly there was a longstanding love affair between the petitioner and the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-IV-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO, Hazaribagh in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 14/2026 arising out of Barhi (Padma) P.S. Case No. 51/2026. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
