3. Taking note of the fact that the revision petitioner is mentally unstable and his wife has come forward to make good deal of the fine amount, grant of one year installment is just and reasonable in the attendant
facts and circumstances of the case. Accordingly, placing the memo on record, the revision petition stands disposed of.
