The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 10th April, 2026, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 4748/2026, wherein, it had been directed that the representation of the petitioner be decided by the Public Works Department (“PWD”), within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of such representation. 2. Since the aforesaid order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has come to be filed. 3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 4.
