Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent -authority to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner as per law within an any stipulated time framed. 2. Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.5 submit that in respect of questioned property, a civil suit has already been filed before the concerned Civil Court and same is registered as Civil Suit No.A/38/2023, as such, above prayer cannot be granted. Certified copy of Civil Suit No.A/38/2023 is filed alongwith reply of the State. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, particularly the fact that civil suit is pending before the concerned Civil Court and petitioner is also a party to the said civil suit, the instant petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to adjudicate his matter before the concerned Civil Court in accordance with law.
