Sri Nitin, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Rahul Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner has questioned the notice dated 22.08.2026, whereby the petitioner has been directed to submit his reply as to why recovery may not be directed for illegal collection. 3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already submitted his reply but no final order has been passed. 4. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that despite notices that were earlier issued to the petitioner, the petitioner did not submit any reply and, therefore, authorities have issued a final notice dated 22.08.2026. 5. In view of the above, we dispose of the petition with a direction that respondent no. 3 shall be taking final decision in the matter of notice dated 22.08.2026 after giving due consideration to the reply of the petitioner already submitted. The decision shall be taken within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. For a period of three months or until the decision is taken in the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Jainendra Kumar Sharma, Rahul Saxena Counsel for Respondent(s) : Arun Kumar Pandey, C.S.C.
