The relief prayed in the instant case is as under: “(It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the FIR No. 341/2023, P.S. Hauz Qazi, U/s. 354B/354/323/509/34 IPC and other proceedings arising therefrom in case titled as State Vs. Lakshay, pending in the court of Ms. Shaina Goyal, JMFC (Mahila Court), (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, may kindly be quashed against the Petitioner.” This is a digitally signed order.
