Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8268 of 2025. 3. Trial Court report reveals that case is running for prosecution evidence. 4. Considering the fact that petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased and stage of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5.
