No. 89386 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the peremptory order dated 23.01.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2 vide aforesaid order dated 23.01.2025 and requisites were to be filed within one week. However, after the order passed by this court, previous counsel for the petitioner Mr. Rudra Deo died due to which peremptory order could not be complied. 4. Considering the statement made by the petitioner in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32337 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 paragraph -4 of the restoration application regarding death of previous counsel, let Cr. Misc.
