The petitioners, who are arraigned as accused in FIR No. 798/2026 dated 08.07.2026, registered at P.S. Karol Bagh, New Delhi, under Sections 318(4)/316(2)/336(3)/340(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, have approached this Court seeking quashing of the aforesaid FIR on the ground that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 2. The petition, alongwith pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Ms. Priyanka Tomar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, also assures the Court that respondent No. 2 shall duly comply with his obligations under the terms of the MOU.
