(ORAL) Peoner who is the plainff of civil suit No.CS-26-2026 tled “Sonia Bawa @ Simarleen Kaur vs. Sukhwinder Singh and ors.” pending before learned Addional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kapurthala is before this Court seeking modificaon of the order dated 16.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) passed by the trial Court, whereby she was asked to make good the deficiency in the Court fee. The trial Court had granted me upto 01.05.2026 to pay the Court fee. Learned counsel submits that peoner is suffering from Cancer and she needs more me to arrange the funds for paying the necessary Court fee. Without issuing any noce to the respondents and by taking into consideraon the submissions made by learned counsel, trial Court is directed to grant me to the peoner to make compliance of the order dated 16.03.2026 upto 31.07.2026.
