CMP No.15177 of 2026 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, falling in the share of applicant-Kaushalya Devi, deposited by the Insurance Company, in the present case, which has been decided by this Court on 15.06.2023, In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the amount, so deposited, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant-Kaushalya Devi, as per her share, along with up to date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank account of the applicant, particulars of which find mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
