Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue a order or direction directing the learned court to decide the recall application no. 335/2026; Badrinath Verma vs Bandana Verma, in Maintenance Case No. 674/2023; Bandana Verma vs Badrinath Verma @ Bablu pending before the learned court below within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the husband. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj to decide the recall application no. 335 of 2026 (Badrinath Verma Vs. Bandana Verma) in Maintenance Case No. 674 of 2023 (Bandana Verma Vs. Badrinath Verma @ Bablu) within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
