Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that prior to filing of this writ petition, petitioner has already filed statutory appeal before the Director General of Police (Jail), which is pending consideration. He further submits that petitioner was terminated from service without following due procedure of law i.e. without initiating any departmental enquiry against him. 3. As the statutory appeal submitted by petitioner is still pending consideration before the Appellate Authority, hence, I am not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly it is dismissed. However, considering the fact that appeal is filed on 28.10.2025, the Appellate Authority is directed to make all its endevour to conclude and decide the appeal submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
