Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.2620 of 2025. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2025. Learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents. It appears that on the confession of the petitioner, the stolen electric wires were recovered. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Bharno P.S.
