By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction to expedite and day-to-day time bound disposal of eight complaints instituted by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending before the Court of learned, Sub-Judge, Jammu as also Railway Magistrate, Jammu, within some reasonable period of time. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of at this stage, by directing the learned, Sub-Judge, Jammu as also Railway Magistrate, Jammu to expedite and dispose of the eight complaints instituted by petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, within a reasonable period of time. 3. In view of the above and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of, by directing the learned, Sub-Judge, Jammu as also Railway Magistrate, Jammu to dispose of the complaints instituted by petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, expeditiously, within a period of six months from the date of passing of this order.
