Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "It is, therefore Most respectfully, prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to allow this application directing to Respondent no. 2 Additional Commissioner (Judicial) IInd Agra Division Agra to decide the Appeal No. 218 of 2026 (Computerized Case No. C202601000000218) (Rajkumar and others V/S Sanjay Kumar and others) under section 207 of U. P. Revenue Code 2006, during the pendency of this writ petition, otherwise the Petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid appeal is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
