Case No. 57/2026. A tractor along with trailer illegally loaded with stone chips was intercepted by the police. The petitioner had come to the spot and had forcibly taken away the vehicle. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the tractor is registered in the name of Enamul Ansari. The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents. Regard being had to nature of offence and the period of custody, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
