GP FOR ENERGY The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM WRIT PETITION NO: 9088/2026 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following main relief:- “……to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in taking steps to disconnect the Electricity Service meter with Connection No.5523600056647 to the house of the petitioner situated at D.No.2-3-382 1st Floor New D.No.2-5- 100, Venkataramana Layout, Tirupati, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh, basing on the complaint said to have been given by the Respondent No.4 without issuing prior show cause notice and without considering the representation dated 10.03.2026 submitted by the petitioner and also without following due process of law as being illegal, arbitrary, unfair, unjust and unreasonable and violation of principles of Natural Justice apart from violation of Article 14, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of Electricity Act and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 herein not to disturb/disconnect the Electricity Service Connection No.5523600056647 to the petitioners dwelling house forthwith and to pass..……” 2. After arguing for some time, Sri N. Sai Akash, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
