JUSTICE BISWAJIT PALIT =O=R=D=E=R= 02/04/2026 Heard the counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Advocate, for the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 and the Deputy Solicitor General of India, for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks implementation of certain guidelines issued on 02.05.2025, by the 1st respondent laying down procedure for deportation of illegal Bangladeshi Immigrants/Rohingyas. The petitioners contend that representations have been given to the respondents on 08.05.2025 and 22.05.2025, seeking implementation of those guidelines but the said respondents have not responded to those representations. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents No. 1 and 3 to 5, to dispose of the representations submitted by the 1st petitioner within 3 (three) months and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioners.
