Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of office order dated 04.07.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education, (Elementary) Kullu, District Kullu (H.P) 175101, which is taken on record.
2. A perusal of the same reveals that the pay of the petitioner has been fixed at Rs.40,100/- after completion of two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears.
3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 02.06.2025 passed in CWP No.9127 of 2025, titled, Nikhil vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled, Inder Singh and any other legal remedies . However, it is made clear that in case the financial benefits are not released in terms of the directions given by the Court in the judgment, sought to be executed, within a period of 8 weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 06 th July, 2026
