Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 03.07.2026, issued by Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, and copy of order dated 28.03.2026, issued by Deputy Director School Education (Elem) Una, District Una, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order dated 28.03.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.40,100/- in the concerned level of pay matrix, after completion of two years regular service subject to final 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 outcome of LPA filed by State in the matter of Mohit Sharma case. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 20.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.20091 of 2025, titled, Smt. Reema Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., has been complied with, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by State in the matter of Mohit Sharma case, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
