Claimants in MAC case no. 2509/2017, namely Sarifun Nessa @Sariful Bibi and Md Babul Ali, are also present. It has been submitted that the present claim has been settled for the total amount of Rs. 12,50,000/-. The claimants shall submit their bank details to the insurance company, and the compensation shall be disbursed to their bank accounts. The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- made by the appellant company shall be refunded as per procedure. The copy of the settlement shall be retained in the records.
